Wealthica Integration
Optiml's Wealthica Integration lets you seamlessly connect your TFSA, RRSP, FHSA, and Non-Registered investment accounts and pull your real balances directly into your financial plan. No manual entry. No stale numbers. Once linked, Optiml automatically uses your up-to-date combined investment balances every time you build or update a plan. For users who prefer not to connect, you can always update your balances manually instead.
Multiple institutions, one connected view.
You may have a TFSA at Wealthsimple and an RRSP at BMO. Link both and Optiml pulls the account names and current balances from every institution into a single unified view.
Only your account names and balances are pulled.
Optiml does not access your transaction history, holdings, or any other account details. Only the information needed to populate your plan is used.
This is an optional feature. Users who prefer not to connect through Wealthica can manually enter and update their account balances at any time.

Always manual if you prefer it
Wealthica is entirely optional. If you would rather enter your balances yourself, you can do that at any time. The integration is there for users who want their plan to stay current without the manual effort.
