Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual with 2-3 years of experience in marketing and social media management. This is a 'we will teach you' role, but we expect you to bring a solid foundation of experience and a willingness to learn. You will manage all social media platforms, create engaging content, write weekly blog features, conduct market research, gather customer feedback, and collaborate with the team to develop and execute marketing strategies and budgets. Most importantly, we are looking for someone who is willing to take on any tasks and responsibilities that may fall outside the traditional marketing role.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain all social media accounts (posting, scheduling, engagement).
Develop and create new content for social media platforms (We are looking for someone who can design content in-house).
Write weekly blog features for our website, focusing on financial planning, tax optimization, and estate management.
Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for growth.
Gather and analyze customer feedback through interviews and surveys.
Collaborate with the team to develop and execute marketing strategies and budgets.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in marketing and social media.
Engage and reply to customers on social media channels
Responsible for outreach to media and journalists to secure media coverage and articles highlighting Optiml
Requirements
2-3 years of experience in marketing, social media management, or related fields.
Graphic design skills. Can design and create content. (Adobe Suite is a plus.)
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Reddit).
Familiar with Google Ads and Analytics
Willingness to learn and grow within the company.
